Pranit Rastogi: A Rising Star in Chess

Pranit Rastogi, a Grade 2 student at Shiv Nadar School Faridabad, has been making remarkable strides in the chess arena.

He recently emerged as the District Champion in the Under 7 category for the financial year 2024-25, maintaining an undefeated streak in all five games in his category, a notable achievement. Pranit also participated in the higher District category Under 9, securing third place. His success continued at the Global Champ Rapid Chess Tournament, where he clinched the first prize in both the Under 8 and Under 10 categories, remaining undefeated in all his games at amagya School Chess Tournament. 

Most recently, he won the first prize in the Under 8 category at the IPEN Chess Tournament at R.K Chokshi School of Chess in Faridabad. Pranit's dedication and talent have truly set him apart as a rising star in the world of chess.

Pranit recently won first prize in the Under 8 category at the Global Chess Tournament in Noida and second prize at the 3rd NCR Chess Tournament in Ghaziabad.
