Pranit Rastogi of Grade 3, Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, has achieved remarkable milestones in a series of recent chess tournaments, demonstrating exceptional consistency, focus, and skill.

  • 6th September 2025: At the Pacific Chess League held at Pacific Mall, Jasola, Pranit secured First Position in the Under-8 Category, remaining undefeated in all seven rounds. He was awarded a trophy, cash prize of ₹2,500, and gift vouchers worth ₹2,500.
  • 7th September 2025: Competing again in the Under-12 (Higher Category) of the same tournament, he clinched Third Prize, earning a trophy, cash prize of ₹1,500, and gift vouchers worth ₹1,500.
  • 18th–30th September 2025: Representing India at the World Cadet Classical Chess Tournament in Almaty, Kazakhstan, Pranit improved his international rating by 103 points, defeating five higher-rated players and drawing with two others — a commendable performance on the global stage.
  • 5th October 2025: Continuing his winning streak, he emerged First Prize winner in the C.S. Sharma Memorial Chess Tournament (Under-9 Category) at Millennium School, Noida, once again remaining unbeaten.
  • 26th October 2025: Participated in the SRCA Chess Tournament at Binge Central, Candor TechSpace, Sector 62, Noida – secured Second Position in the Under-8 category, remaining undefeated in all games.
  • 26th October 2025: Competed in the Blitz Chess Tournament (Open Category) alongside IMs, AGMs, and WFMs – achieved 4th Rank overall, finishing ahead of a WFM.
  • 31st October 2025: Felicitated by the Senior Citizen Society, Sector 16, Faridabad—the city’s largest such society—for his World Cadet Chess Championship achievement and other accolades.
  • 1st November 2025: Participated in a Chess Tournament organized by GBN School, Sector 21, Faridabadsecured First Position, remaining undefeated, marking his 100th Chess trophy along with multiple medals.

Pranit’s exceptional run across age categories and tournaments reflects his growing mastery of the game and his dedication to continuous improvement.
