Head - Administration & Operations
Lt Col Pawandeep Singh Bajwa is a seasoned military professional with over 22 years of distinguished service in the Indian Army. An alumnus of the National Defence Academy (NDA) and the Indian Military Academy (IMA), he brings deep operational, instructional, and leadership experience across diverse military appointments. He is qualified in Long Gunnery and the Staff Course and has served in operational roles with the Rashtriya Rifles (RR). He has also served as an Instructor at the Indian Military Academy, contributing to the training and mentoring of future leaders of the Indian Army. In recognition of his professionalism and commitment to excellence, he has been awarded two General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C) Commendation Cards and one Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) Commendation Card. A keen sportsman, he has represented Army Air Defence (AAD) in tennis and is an avid golfer. He is also a certified deep-sea diver, reflecting his passion for challenge, discipline, and continuous personal growth.
Coordinator - Middle Years Programme
Soma Guha's journey in IB education began as an MYP Mathematics educator and in over 15 years, has grown into a broader commitment to curriculum leadership and whole-school learning design — building frameworks that are coherent, purposeful, and grounded in how students actually learn.
Soma collaborates closely with teachers and leadership to align the MYP programmes across grade levels, strengthen assessment practices, and embed inquiry-based approaches that challenge students to think deeply. A key part of this involves conducting professional development sessions for the teaching team, deepening collective understanding of the MYP and ensuring consistent, high-quality implementation across the school. Soma also plays an active role in orienting parents to the MYP framework, helping families understand and engage meaningfully with their child's learning journey.
As an NEASC Accreditation Visitor, Soma also contributes to school improvement beyond campus walls bringing an informed, outside perspective to institutions committed to excellence.
A self-described lifelong learner, Soma models the curiosity and reflective practice that great teaching demands.
Viraaj Vir Singh, a student of Grade 3 at Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, delivered an impressive performance at the Faridabad District Chess Championship 2026–27, organised by the All Faridabad Chess Association, and held on 4th and 5th April at Grand Columbus International School.
Viraaj secured the 1st position in the Under-7 (Boys) category, showcasing exceptional skill and focus. He further demonstrated his capability by achieving the 10th position in the Under-9 (Boys) category.
His achievement reflects dedication and strong potential at a young age. We congratulate Viraaj on this accomplishment and wish him continued success ahead.
Deputy Head - Senior Years
Anisha Madhukar, the Deputy Head -Senior Years is also an IB economics educator at Shiv Nadar School Noida. An avid pedagogue and lifelong learner, she holds a Doctorate in Economics from Jodhpur University along with professional development in various programmes including ‘Certification in School Management and leadership, Universal Design Learning, Design thinking for leading and learning and Certificate in Fixed income Research from different prestigious institutions including Harvard Graduate School of Education, MIT and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
She is a published author who contributes regularly to various e-magazines and has also presented papers at international conferences.
At Shiv Nadar Noida, she routinely contributes to incepting and leading student learning enrichment programmes outside of the formal classroom such as ‘Re-store’, ‘Economics Sandbox’, and the ‘Entrepreneurial Development Programme’.
Head - Career Guidance Centre
Meenakshi Kansal Khurana is an experienced professional with a diverse set of experiences spanning 22 years and 5 countries. In the last decade, she has worked in the field of education, helping students find their study paths and develop their careers. She has helped 5000+ students achieve their dream of studying in some of the most prestigious institutions across the globe, working with top premium counselling services, developed frameworks for college and career readiness for high schools, and more recently, led strategic projects to partner with International Universities and education services (such as CollegeBoard, GMAC, Duke University, etc). She has worked extensively with multiple stakeholders from schools, universities, government agencies, advisory bodies, embassy liaisons and certification institutions to build solutions for students, being instrumental in achieving the notable AIRC certification for the organisation. Since working in edtech, she is keenly interested in the field of AI and leveraging it for education. Having studied both internationally (Purdue University '03) and in India (LSR College '01) at the K12 and university level, she is passionate about bringing together the best practices from different systems to the counselling process.
Head - Middle Years
Anuradha Garg is a seasoned educational leader with over two decades of experience dedicated to nurturing meaningful learning experiences and building vibrant academic communities. As Head of Middle Years, she brings a deep commitment to the philosophy of lifelong learning, believing that education extends far beyond the classroom and must continuously evolve to meet the needs of a dynamic world.
Her professional journey reflects a passion for growth—both her own and that of the students and educators she mentors. Anuradha champions a culture where curiosity, reflection, and adaptability are at the heart of learning. She has consistently fostered environments where students are encouraged to think critically, collaborate effectively, and engage with real-world challenges through interdisciplinary approaches.
Equally committed to professional growth, she has led extensive teacher development initiatives, mentoring educators to refine their instructional practices and embrace continuous improvement. Her leadership is marked by a focus on building capacity, empowering teams, and cultivating a shared vision of excellence.
Anuradha’s expertise also spans educational technology integration, communication skills development, and fostering strong school–home partnerships. She believes that learning is a lifelong journey—one that flourishes in collaborative, reflective, and forward-thinking communities—and she continues to inspire both students and educators to become active, engaged learners for life.
Anuradha holds a Master’s degree in English, a Bachelor of Education, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, complemented by a Cambridge Professional Development Qualification (PDQ) in Educational Leadership with distinction. Her career spans leading institutions where she has served as an English educator, academic coordinator, and now Head of Middle Years, with significant contributions to curriculum design, school development, and large-scale teacher training initiatives.
IBDP - Coordinator
S. R. Radhakrishnan holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from IGNOU, New Delhi. He is currently serving as the IBDP Coordinator at Shiv Nadar School, Noida, a role he has held since June 2021.
With over 21+ years of experience in teaching international curricula, including the IB Diploma Programme and IGCSE, Mr. Radhakrishnan has had the privilege of guiding diverse cohorts of students through rigorous academic journeys rooted in inquiry, conceptual understanding, and global perspectives.
He has spent the past 11 years as a Diploma Programme Coordinator, leading the implementation and development of the IB framework at the school level. In this leadership role, he has worked closely with students, faculty, and school leadership to uphold the IB mission and foster a culture of academic excellence. During this tenure, he has not only led the implementation of the IB framework but also played a key role in initiating and overseeing the DP Evaluation process in various IB schools. His leadership has ensured the successful completion and renewal of the evaluation cycle, maintaining alignment with IB standards and practices.
As a committed IB educator, he is also an active member of the IB Educator Network (IBEN), serving as a Workshop Facilitator for both Mathematics and the DP coordination. In addition, he is an IB Examiner for Mathematics AA HL, with experience evaluating both Internal Assessments and External Components.
Mr. Radhakrishnan has been a regular contributor to the South Asia IB Schools Association (SAIBSA), where he has facilitated Mathematics sessions and participated in numerous IB workshops and regional conferences. These engagements reflect his ongoing commitment to professional development and collaborative learning. He believes that one of the biggest challenges in teaching Mathematics is sustaining student interest, and he works continuously to make the subject more engaging and meaningful. With each passing year, his love for the subject has only grown deeper.
A passionate and reflective educator, he is deeply aligned with the IB philosophy and pedagogy, which emphasizes holistic development, international-mindedness, and critical thinking. He strives to create an environment where young minds are empowered with the right resources, guidance, and values to become responsible global citizens. Beyond the classroom, Mr. Radhakrishnan enjoys travelling, singing, and listening to music.
