The much awaited Annual Sports Day for Grade 2 was held on March 01, 2019 with great zeal and excitement. The Head of Primary School, Ms. Soniya Mawani welcomed the guest of honour, our esteemed parent Ms. Vinita Juneja and the august gathering. The theme this year was ‘Transport’. The event began with the torch relay. Students performed Aerobics drill mesmerizing the audience with their energetic performances. Once the races began, the air was filled with cheer and encouragement for the young athletes. Fun time with fathers participating in a flat race with their children and mothers participating in a tug- of- war between the houses added to the enjoyment.

Sports Day for Grade 1 was organized on March 05, 2019. Mr. Shivalingesh K.K and Mrs. Parul Arora, our esteemed parents were the guests of honour who graced the occasion. The programme began with a welcome speech by the Head of Primary School, Ms. Soniya Mawani and the programme was declared open by our guests of honour. To set the spirit of sportsmanship soaring, students from grade 1 lit the torch, representing strength and grit giving the day a head start.
Multiple activities were conducted through the day involving students enhancing their sportsmanship and parents who re-lived their school memories.
Our technology aficionados have done us proud yet again! Shiv Nadar School Noida has won the Nationals of RoboCup Championship. Team System Overload which came 1st was also awarded the trophy for best creativity and innovation and the team that came second, Annihilators, were also awarded the trophy for best team work.
The team is headed to Australia for representing India in the World Championships.

The Sports meet was declared open by the Pre-Primary Head, Ms. Sumita Malik. There was a drill presentation by the children followed by different races . The parents of both the forms also participated in races, reliving their childhood days.
The goals of Parent Partnership Programme is to engage parents more fully in the child welfare and provide support , modelling and linkages to help children in meeting their well –being goals.
The School values the PRG members as an ambassador and spokesperson through their belief in a shared vision and provide feedback towards continuous comprehensive school health and happiness.
We celebrated a year long partnership with a small Thanksgiving session with all the PRG members of Academic year 2018-19.
The Junior Student Council 2019-20 Investiture ceremony was held on May 10, 2019 to felicitate the newly elected members. The Primary School Band enlivened the atmosphere, ushering the council members in the Wildcats Hall. The Senior Leadership Team was invited for the invocation ceremony accompanied by an invocation song by the Junior school choir. The new elected members were invited to the oath-taking ceremony led by our Principal Ms. Shashi Banerjee. The ceremony began by felicitating the Student Representatives from Year 2- 5.This was followed by the former House Captains felicitating the current members along with the Editorial board members. The ceremony concluded with the vote of thanks conveyed by Ms. Soniya Mawani.
The support staff was engaged for a two hour session for three days. The session was for them to reflect on what went well last term and what could be improved. They had a story telling session, music session and choice time.
The facilitators from Early Years went for an offsite to Kanechi from Monday, May 20, 2019- Thursday, May 23, 2019.
The renowned Educational Psychologist, Dr. V.S. Ravindran, addressed the KG and Year 1 Parents on the very purpose of ‘Education for Life’ on Friday, May 17, 2019 in the Wild Cats Hall.
